Kombucha: It’s all the rage for a reason. This fun drink is delightful for the taste buds and full of good bugs for your tummy. I have taught many kombucha classes and every time there are people there who want to share their story of how kombucha made them feel better. Kombucha is a great fermented food to learn to make first, once you learn how to make kombucha you will have a glimpse into understanding how to turn other foods into probiotic rich nutrient powerhouses!

Bone Broth: Our number one leaky gut healing food! Bone broth can help you health from food sensitivities and allergies. This is an important piece for anyone’s healing journey and can be made at home for a fraction of the price of store bought. Plus, you know the quality and source of all the ingredients you are using.

Yogurt: Another wonderful source of probiotics! When you make yogurt at home you have the choice of using raw milk which means it’s easier to digest and keeps alive more good bugs to nourish your gut! Raw milk yogurt is easily digested

Mozzarella Cheese: We are so exciting to be including our first type of cheese to this course! Mozzarella is an easy cheese to start with because you can make it in as little as 30 minutes and your kids will love helping you make and east their very own string cheese at home.
